I'm extremely concerned re your review. We have been in business for over 15 years now exporting our products throughout the UK and further afield and have never received a negative review. If you would like to contact me in the office I would be happy to discuss your grievances, We pride ourselves on being approachable and helpful to our customers and very much appreciate their business. We simply wouldn't have survived through the past financially turbulent decade without being so. We like to describe Cladco as being "small enough to care, big enough to cope". If this wasn't the case in your experience then as stated it would be good to speak to you personally & hopefully offer a resolution.
