- Frank McLeod Review added: 2017.12.27★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wouldn't give any stars appalling customer service, Make sure to check the vehicle you hire from top to bottom as I made the mistake not to, I hired a lwb van and on the 2 second walk round my vision was always drawn to the bottom of the van i never thought anything of it until i took the van back and when the female member of staff went to inspect she automatically walked to the side of the van on to her tip toes and went theres a scratch, after speaking to the branch manager he said she was drawn to it as she could see as she was walking down which would have been impossible maybe not for superman but definitely any normal person even with perfect vision. I have left this place feeling like I have just been robbed of £250, the van was never in any position or place for that scratch to have happened. Be careful and make sure you check everything no matter how rushed the agent is trying to be take the time and inspect it thoroughly.
